These terms of sale apply to any branding, web design, or art direction service ordered from CONNECT AGENCY LLC.
Quotes
Each engagement is the subject of a custom quote detailing scope, deliverables, and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days from their issue date.
Order confirmation
An order is considered accepted upon signature of the quote or written confirmation by email, together with payment of the agreed deposit.
Pricing and payment
Prices are expressed in euros or US dollars and stated on the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required at order confirmation, with the balance due upon delivery.
Timeline and delivery
Timelines stated on the quote are indicative and begin once all necessary materials have been received from the client.
Client obligations
The client agrees to provide, within reasonable timeframes, the content, feedback, and approvals necessary for proper execution of the engagement.
Right of withdrawal
In line with regulations applicable to custom B2B services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once work has begun with the client's agreement.
Warranty
CONNECT AGENCY LLC warrants that deliverables conform to the approved brief. Any modification request outside the original scope will be subject to an additional quote.
Liability
CONNECT AGENCY LLC's liability is limited to the total amount of the relevant engagement, excluding any indirect damages.
Termination
If the client cancels after the engagement has begun, the deposit paid remains with CONNECT AGENCY LLC to cover work already undertaken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
